I drove a brand new car home from Memphis and the entire front was covered in bugs but otherwise the car was still quite clean. Roosevelt was very kind and helpful - he didn’t try to upsell me on a more in depth wash than I needed and he scrubbed the car before I went through the auto wash to make sure all the bugs got cleaned off!

I had a GREAT experience with Andrew at Genesis. My car was very dirty and has been sitting under a tree for a while - Andrew noticed and told me to pull back through after going through the car wash. He gave me a complimentary second wash while pulling out a brush to manually scrub the car down before going through the wash again. All unprompted. VERY appreciative and will be back.

Overall great experience! Roosevelt was really friendly, helped me process and then checked in on me. His team prep the car before it went in. The place has all the towels and the vacuums were working.

I can’t say enough great things about this fabulous place. The equipment is incredible. The vacuum will vacuum everything so you better have things you don’t want sucked up out-of-the-way. The staff is there to assist you with anything you need personally came out got my floor mats washed them, Kaitlyn was fantastic and they have pre-treated rags for you to wipe down your interior, window cleaner is available with paper towels. This is my go to for now on and my car is sparkling in the Treatment was just a plus!!!

After going through the wash the young man there saw me slowly scraping bugs off my car and insisted I go back through so that he could scrape them off for me himself. Really appreciated his customer service and his kind gesture has made me a loyal customer.

I recently purchased a brand new car for the first time and they take such good care of it and me. Roosevelt and the whole crew are always personable, kind, and inquire to make sure that I am happy with my service. I am a monthly member and couldn’t be happier with their service!!!

Mr Roosevelt and Catlin are always Awesome!!!!! My favorite car wash!!!! Good service!!! I came to Genesis because my son had a minor accident. The guys Allen and Andrew were a great help. I love this car wash it’s so convenient in my neighborhood. Each time I come the customer is always I point as well as the service. Thank you guys!!!!
